Do you have any suggestions for a heavier capacity machine that could cope with processing larger bones from Sheep or Beef please.
If they do handle the larger bones are the same machines then able to grind up the smaller carcass bones like Opossum, Rabbit etc to a fine size so as to avoid splinter type bone fragments in the meat mix?

To my knowledge none. But for upto some extent you can try STX 3000-TF meat grinder. In this meat grinder user need to remove big bones and larger tendons.
